QS: I live in Singapore. How soon can I receive my costume?
a) Self-collection @Blk359C Admiralty Drive by appointment only
b)Home Delivery Courier standard 2 working days at S$5 or within same day for Express Service (rates depending on distance).

QS: Please explain on the rental price?
The total costume price includes deposit and rental. You pay full amount upon placing your costume order. Your deposit will be refunded when the costume is returned. Costume must be returned in the condition it was sent to you and undamaged, within the stipulated time agreed.
Official receipt will be provided upon delivery or payment.

No laundry is necessary as your rental price includes dry/wet laundering.

QS: Do you charge for costume delivery within Singapore?
Courier charges are billable at SGD5 one way for 2 days standard delivery/collection. Surcharge applicable for CBD areas and into Sentosa. We do not deliver to Jurong Island, Army Camps and Shipyards.

QS: Do you charge for costume delivery outside of Singapore
Currently our rental services are only within Singapore

QS: What are your modes of refund?
We do not provide refunds in general as all costumes are considered rented once it's delivered/collected. Should an item be defective/torn, please contact us via whatsapp to arrange for return within 24hrs. You're welcome to request for additional photos or to view via cam prior to renting.
All exchange / return items must be new, clean, unworn (except for fitting), with no traces of perfume or any smell, and with all labels attached. All items must be returned in original plastic packaging. No refund/exchange will be allow if the item has been worn or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse exchange or return of products when it is apparent that the above has not been followed.

QS: May I alter the costume?
Only hand stitching or hemming is allowed. No cutting of materials. All stitching must be removed when costumes are returned.
